About Me

dealing with debt and a financially irresponsible spouse

I am married to a man that isn't exactly financially responsible. When he finds something that he wants, he will do whatever is necessary to buy it. This has caused us a lot of debt over the years. What can you do when you are married to someone that doesn't take being in debt seriously? How do you approach him or her about their spending habits? I have worked with a financial professional to learn how to manage my money, how to discuss our money problems with my husband and to learn how to reduce my debt as quickly as possible. Find all this information and more here on my blog.

The Bahamas penny features a large starfish design that takes up a majority of the back of the penny. The reverse side of the coin features a swordfish and a flamingo standing along side the official seal and symbol for the island nation. The small coin features very small details and is great to display with real starfish or seashell collection. Additional designs from the Bahamas includes fish, boats, and plants found on the islands. These coins can be purchased individually or as a complete set.

The African nation of Tanzania is filled with all types of wildlife and these unique creatures have been minted into a number of coin designs. Each coin value features a different animal on it. For example, there are coins with rhinos, lions, and gazelle. A memorable coin in the collection includes two elephants. An adult elephant walks side-by-side with a baby elephant through the fields of Tanzania. The great moment is captured nicely on the coin and makes a nice display piece for your home. Additional animal coin designs from Tanzania includes a zebra, ostrich, and rabbit. Often, these animals appear on their own on the coin so the design really stands out and is easy to decipher from other coins.

Nightingale Island Coin Set

The small island of Nightingale is located in the South Atlantic ocean nearly centered between South America and Africa. The island has no permanent residents, but a coin set was made to showcase the wildlife that dwells there. This coin set features a variety of creatures in vivid details and unique designs. For example, the half-penny coin design features a flying fish launching itself out of the water. The ten pence coin features a long shark in a hunting pose. Additional sea creature designs include an octopus for the five pence piece and an eel on the twenty pence piece. Each design features a side profile of the animal.
